Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field and ITIL v3 Foundation are required.

Responsibilities

• Redirect or escalate local requests to the Service Desk.
• Provide local IT support for hardware, software and peripherals.
• Deploy PCs and peripherals to users as directed by the Service Desk.
• Notify users of outages and changes.
• Maintain knowledge of IT topics and pursue development.
