Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking an HR Operations professional to coordinate recruitment and workforce planning, draft job descriptions with hiring managers, and manage internal HR processes including transfers and promotions.

You will support employee engagement, governance, and reporting, including headcount tracking, dashboards, and onboarding experiences, in a fast-paced environment with remote-friendly policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and workforce planning activities including requisition management and coordination with Talent Acquisition Partners
• Draft, review, and maintain job descriptions in partnership with hiring managers
• Manage internal HR operational processes through systems, including internal transfers, promotions, and organizational updates
• Support employee engagement and culture initiatives through internal communications and engagement action plans
• Support budget and workforce governance activities including headcount tracking and budget analysis
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, dashboards, and people reports to support leadership discussions
• Support the delivery of people initiatives, change management activities, and onboarding experiences
