Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Deputy HR Manager to lead HR operations across the group, ensuring timely, consistent service and strong cross-functional coordination. The role supports the HR Manager by handling routine HR operations, approvals, follow-up, escalations, and cross-functional matters while reducing dependency on senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, Management, or related field.
• Professional HR qualification is an advantage.
• Approximately 8–12 years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience managing HR operations or multiple HR functions.
• Experience within a large, multi-company or complex organization preferred.
• UAE HR experience strongly preferred.
• Healthcare or large service organization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR functions across group companies.
• Coordinate HR operations, approvals, escalations, and service delivery.
• Lead recruitment and onboarding against manpower plans.
• Manage performance management cycle and appraisal processes.
• Oversee learning, development, and training programs.
• Administer medical insurance and employee benefits.
• Ensure HR policy compliance and process improvements.
• Prepare HR operations reports and KPIs for leadership.
