Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an detail-oriented HR Associate to join our HR team in Dubai. You will support day-to-day HR operations, manage employee records, and assist with onboarding, payroll coordination, and offboarding.

You will work closely with employees and management to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely responses. A Bachelor’s in HR and 2+ years of HR experience are preferred. This is a full-time role in UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years HR experience, preferably operations/generalist.
• Solid understanding of payroll coordination, attendance, and HR administration.
• Experience with HR management systems; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and support employees and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
• Coordinate monthly payroll with Finance for accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and working hours; keep records up to date.
• Be the point of contact for HR policies, payroll, benefits, and queries.
• Support employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters confidentially.
• Coordinate employee benefits and liaise with external providers.
• Assist with onboarding, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
• Support performance management and salary revisions.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company events.
