Job summary

Tanqeeb in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an HR Generalist to drive end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational, and support roles. You will manage volume hiring across multiple units and build a robust talent pipeline using proactive sourcing and modern recruitment tools.

You will also prepare offers and negotiate salaries to align with internal grading and market benchmarks, ensure compliance with labor laws, onboarding, payroll inputs, and HR administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist capacity.
• Sound knowledge of United Arab Emirates, KSA and Qatar labor law.
• Proven experience recruiting across the GCC.
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction, automotive, industrial or similar technical sector strongly preferred.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Proactive, reliable and confident working with managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, operational and support roles.
• Managing volume recruitment across multiple business units with diverse needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using proactive sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
• Prepare offers, manages salary negotiations and ensure compensation aligns with internal grading and market benchmarks.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment budgets, diversity targets, and labor law compliance.
• Coordinates smooth onboarding and induction for new employees.
• Support monthly payroll inputs and HR administrative processes.
• Assist department managers with performance management and goal setting.
• Maintain accurate HRIS data, employee files and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on workforce planning and nationalization goals (UAE/KSA).
