Job summary

Pairs seeks a Head of Investor Relations to lead the IR team, currently about six direct reports. You will hire, coach, and set a clear standard for performance while reporting to the co-founders.

This is a leadership seat that requires deep investor networks and disciplined cadence. Fully remote with US Eastern overlap, you will strengthen relationships with family offices, VCs and strategic investors, ensure timely pitches, and drive continuous engagement as the network grows.

Qualifications

• Have run a team before with six direct reports.
• Hold real relationships with family offices, VCs or growth funds.
• Six or more years in investment, capital raising, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IR team: hiring, onboarding, weekly 1:1s, coaching and performance.
• Maintain weekly cadence: kickoff, win/loss reviews, autonomous team.
• Strengthen investor network health with active members and deal flow.
• Ensure high-quality pitches and strong founder calls.
• Provide weekly performance readouts to co-founders; regional expansion.
