Evotym is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the B2B revenue engine in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will own the full sales cycle, engage international clients, and close high-value partnerships remotely.

You’ll collaborate with product and marketing, refine the sales process, and forecast opportunities. The role suits a proactive, results‑oriented communicator who can operate independently across markets.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in a sales role (Sales Manager/BDR/SDR).
• Experience in B2B sales, fintech/payments/crypto preferred.
• Experience with international clients across markets.
• Proven ability to move deals from outreach to close.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and first outreach to contract signing and first transaction activation.
• Develop and close international B2B deals within the payments, crypto processing, and related fintech sectors.
• Use inbound leads, outbound prospecting, and your professional network to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage sales processes involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers across different markets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reporting, and forecasting.
• Contribute to improving and scaling sales processes.
