Job summary

ProTalent Group is seeking a Russian-speaking Sales Manager to build and scale a global sales function in a remote role. You will structure a department from scratch, hire and onboard, and align teams across time zones to win new clients in fintech and trading.

Fluent English and a second foreign language are required, along with proven remote leadership, Bitrix24 CRM expertise, and strong negotiation skills in digital channels.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales department (Team Lead/Head of Sales) in international projects remotely for at least 2 years.
• Proficiency in a second foreign language (German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Ukrainian, Turkish, or Hungarian) at Intermediate+ level.
• Understanding of financial markets or fintech/brokerage experience preferred.
• Ownership of Bitrix24 CRM and ability to create complex reports and automations.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a sales department from scratch, including hiring, onboarding, training, and cross-time-zone adaptation.
• Develop sales strategies for different markets; create scripts and negotiation scenarios for messengers and other channels.
• Manage a distributed team with daily meetings, KPI monitoring, motivation, and mentoring.
• Set up and administer the Bitrix24 CRM — funnels, reports, and process automation.
• personally participate in difficult negotiations with key clients, demonstrating expertise.
• Analyze and report on growth points, improve conversions, and provide transparent reporting to management.
