Huzzle is seeking a Lead Outbound Sales Specialist to drive international expansion from a 100% remote position. You will identify high-value prospects, conduct strategic cold outreach, and qualify opportunities for the closing team.

The role demands a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a startup-like fintech environment and can operate across time zones. The ideal candidate excels at pipeline management, talks fluently in English, and has Fintech/FX experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent English (written and spoken) is essential.
• Proven experience in lead qualification and cold calling.
• Strong pipeline management and closing capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work GMT core overlap (5:00 PM–8:00 PM GMT) and operate remotely/offshore.
• Experience in Fintech, FX, or cross-border payments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound prospecting to identify and engage international businesses needing cross-border payment solutions.
• Qualify leads at a high level and conduct cold calls to introduce the platform and FX services.
• Manage end-to-end top-of-funnel pipeline and ensure booked appointments for the closing team.
• Own and optimize outreach to meet KPI targets (e.g., £12k monthly sales profit).
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales scripts, lead lists, and outreach strategy.
• Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions and pipeline movements in tracking systems.
