Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience in the gamedev industry.
• Proven track record with technical and creative positions.
• Experience with talent mapping and active sourcing of passive candidates.
• Executive search experience and highly personalized outreach.
• Proficiency using various sourcing channels and ATS tools.
• Ability to conduct competency, behavioral and case-based interviews.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess professional and soft skills.
• Utilize AI tools for sourcing, screening, and process automation.
• Analyze recruitment funnels and key metrics such as time-to-hire and conversion.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, ArtStation, Behance, and other channels.
• Consult hiring managers on role requirements and market trends.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to the employer brand.
