Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist for a fully remote role, supporting partners in the fintech and cryptocurrency space. You will manage onboarding from initial contact through verification and approval, coordinating with Compliance, Sales, Operations, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth process.

The ideal candidate has onboarding or operations experience, strong documentation review skills, and excellent communication, with comfort using AI tools to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding or related operations.
• Ability to review documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onboarding contact for new partners and guide them through the process.
• Collect KYC docs and ownership details per internal procedures and compliance standards.
• Review submissions for completeness and accuracy, following up on missing items.
• Maintain partner information in CRM and internal systems with up-to-date records.
• Coordinate with Compliance to review documents and manage escalations.
