Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding & Member Success Coach based in United Arab Emirates for a fully remote freelance role. You will guide new members through onboarding sessions, help them explore training opportunities, and ensure a positive first experience.

You’ll use your communication and coaching skills to engage users, tailor guidance, and provide feedback to improve the platform experience. This is a flexible, remote freelance opportunity.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with clear explanation ability.
• Customer-oriented mindset focused on helping learners access opportunities.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take initiative.
• Comfort using digital platforms, online tools, and chats.
• Strong interpersonal skills; adaptable to various learning needs.
• Reliable, organized; can work independently within a team.
• Nice to have: coaching/onboarding/training or customer success exp.
• Nice to have: familiarity with LMS, HR tech, SaaS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct personalized onboarding and coaching sessions for new members.
• Guide users through platform features and training opportunities.
• Encourage engagement and activation; motivate booking of first training.
• Serve as primary contact during onboarding with timely support.
• Adapt communication to individual learning preferences and challenges.
• Share actionable feedback to improve onboarding and member experience.
• Foster a welcoming, supportive learning environment for all members.
