Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Customer Retention Supervisor based in the United Arab Emirates to lead a team of retention specialists within a fast-growing fintech and crypto environment. You will own customer reactivation, repeat transactions, and revenue recovery while guiding campaigns and SOPs to improve conversion rates.

You will coach agents, analyze performance data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize business results.

Qualifications

3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in customer retention or outbound sales.
Proven ability to drive customer conversion, retention, and revenue recovery.
Experience creating SOPs, scripts, and training materials.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Customer Retention Specialists with clear objectives and accountability.
Conduct outbound calls to drive repeat transactions and reactivate inactive customers.
Design and implement retention campaigns and scripts to improve KPIs and revenue.
Monitor KPIs such as call volumes, conversion rates, and revenue recovered.
Maintain CRM records, dashboards, and performance reports.
Collaborate with Marketing, Support, Sales, Operations, and Compliance to resolve issues.
