Job summary

Referment is recruiting a Sales Manager for an established B2B events and insights business, offering significant scope for commercial and career growth. This is a hands-on new-business role for an experienced SaaS or events seller who can build a pipeline, engage senior enterprise stakeholders and close sponsorship deals.

You will sell sponsorship opportunities that connect solution providers with decision-makers at medium and large enterprises.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in SaaS or events selling to medium/large enterprises.
• Strong ability to close new business and meet quotas.
• Experience with MEDDIC or structured qualification.
• Stable career history with limited moves since 2020.
• Ability to stay close to the sales process and grow into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of new-business sales from outreach to close.
• Qualify client needs and develop sponsorship proposals.
• Develop enterprise relationships and negotiate deals.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Potential to build a team as you succeed.
• Coordinate with SDR support when available.
