BHFT is seeking a remote Delivery Manager to lead a cross-functional team, prioritize backlog, and drive process improvements. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and ensure timely delivery with quality across projects.

The role emphasizes strong technical background, Kanban/Scrum expertise, Jira/Confluence use, and BI tool experience, with a globally distributed team and flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 3 years of Delivery Manager or Project Manager experience.
• Strong technical background.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Expert with Kanban and Scrum in PM/Delivery.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence; BI tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilités

• Team management: task allocation and progress tracking deadlines and task execution quality.
• Managing the team backlog: evaluation planning and task prioritization.
• Creating and improving processes within the team.
• Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participation in team assembly its development and motivation.
