Job summary

BHFT is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a cross-functional team in a remote-first environment. You will oversee task allocation, backlog prioritization, and process improvements while coordinating with stakeholders and other departments to ensure timely delivery and quality results.

The role requires strong technical background, 3+ years in delivery or project management, and hands-on use of Jira/Confluence. BI tool experience and English at B2+ are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of delivery/PM experience required.
• Strong technical background with experience coordinating multiple teams.
• Experience interacting with stakeholders and managing expectations.
• Proficient in Kanban and Scrum for product delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with BI tools.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead team management: task allocation and progress monitoring.
• Manage the team backlog: evaluation, planning, prioritization.
• Create and improve processes within the team.
• Coordinate with other teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in team assembly, development and motivation.
• Budget management and performance tracking.
• Create and maintain comprehensive team documentation.
