Job summary

IRISSTAR Technologies is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead agile and hybrid project teams, guiding initiatives from initiation through closure and ensuring alignment with roadmaps, budgets, and governance.

You will coordinate business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, manage multi-vendor delivery, and foster strong Scrum practices, with at least 8 years in IT delivery and 5+ as PM/SM in Agile/Hybrid environments, in the Automotive and/or Ecommerce domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT delivery.
• 5+ years as Project Manager/Scrum Master in Agile/Hybrid environments.
• Must have proven experience in the Automotive and/or Ecommerce industry.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Manage the full project lifecycle (Charter, Planning, Execution, Closure), tracking scope, budget, risks, and quality.
• Agile Leadership: Coach teams on Scrum values and facilitate ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Dailies, Reviews, Retros).
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for business product owners and external vendors; manage Steering Committees and escalations.
• Financial Governance: Handle chargebacks, monthly cost reconciliation, and financial tracking.
• Solutioning: Support discovery phases, scoping, and high-level effort estimation.

Role Overview: You will enable high-performing Agile and hybrid teams by managing the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, ensuring delivery aligns with product roadmaps, timelines, and budgets within a strong governance framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery Management: Manage the full project lifecycle (Charter, Planning, Execution, Closure), tracking scope, budget, risks, and quality.

Agile Leadership: Coach teams on Scrum values and facilitate ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Dailies, Reviews, Retros).

Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for business product owners and external vendors; manage Steering Committees and escalations.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:

8+ years in IT delivery, with 5+ years as a Project Manager / Scrum Master in Agile/Hybrid environments.

Domain (Must-Have):

Proven experience in the #Automotive and/or #Ecommerce industry is mandatory.

Skills:

Strong facilitation and coaching skills; experience managing multi-vendor delivery (onsite/offshore).

Tools:

Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, SharePoint, and Power BI.

Certifications:

Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is mandatory. PMP/PRINCE2 is preferred.
