Halian is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to drive architectural delivery in financial services with a focus on digital transformation. You will guide discovery, plan roadmaps, and lead cross‑functional teams across business units, IT, and external vendors.

Ideal candidates bring strong SDLC expertise, cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), and proven leadership in Agile, Scrum, and hybrid methods, with excellent communication and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
• Additional certifications in relevant technologies or project management methodologies are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure best practices.
• Establish project charter, roadmap, and stage gates across ideation to POC/RFP.
• Run cadence meetings and manage RAID and dependency views.
• Guide discovery backlogs and converge on epics/features and definition of done.
• Shape POC hypotheses and coordinate RFP packs.
• Identify tech/operational risks and data/privacy considerations and route to owners.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of program objectives.
