BHFT is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes, and align with stakeholders across a modern international tech environment. The role emphasizes strong Kanban practices, Jira/Confluence proficiency, and BI tooling in a fully remote setting.

The position offers global remote work with flexible scheduling, tight collaboration with product and engineering teams, and opportunities for growth within a dynamic fintech/tech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience of 3 years in a Delivery Manager role or Project Manager role.
• Strong technical background.
• Experience in interacting with stakeholders and managing their expectations.
• Experience in managing service teams.
• Expert in Kanban.
• Practical experience with Atlassian products: Jira Confluence.
• Practical experience with BI tools.
• English proficiency at the B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Team management: task allocation and monitoring of progress, deadlines and task execution quality.
• Creating and improving processes within the team including automatisation.
• Interacting with other teams and internal stakeholders.
• Participation in team assembly, its development and motivation.
• Providing team meetings (daily retro etc).
• Budget Management.
• Performance tracking.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive team documentation.
