Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a remote Contract Administrator to support its operations across the United States. You will manage end-to-end contract administration workflows, review project agreements, and coordinate risk mitigation with internal risk teams.

The role requires at least 3 years in contract administration, familiarity with COIs, NDAs, and project bonds, and strong remote collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on contract administration experience, with exposure to construction/industrial agreements.
• Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools, Smartsheet tracking, digital document workflows, and construction insurance frameworks.
• Contract risk management, stakeholder coordination, document verification, remote time management, and meticulous organization are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational liaison between Legal, sales, and branch operations for contract reviews and approvals.
• Review service agreements, master subcontracts, and project terms; escalate key terms to Legal when negotiation is required.
• Manage, issue, and archive key contract documentation including COIs, NDAs, bid bonds, and performance bonds.
• Process contract exceptions through internal compliance systems and collaborate with Risk Management to evaluate exposure.
• Utilize Smartsheet and workflow platforms to monitor requests, track milestones, and coordinate cross-functional updates.
