Job summary

Careers at UAE is seeking a Contracts Administrator with a real estate focus to review, draft, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and related documents. You will collaborate with legal, finance, and project teams to ensure compliance and risk mitigation across transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; legal education preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in contract administration with a focus on real estate transactions.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate legal concepts, leasing, and development agreements.
  • Experience in contract negotiation and drafting with attention to detail and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and contract management software.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze real estate contracts, lease agreements, purchase agreements, construction contracts, and service/vendor agreements.
  • Draft new contracts, amendments, and addendums in accordance with legal standards and business needs.
  • Negotiate contract terms with internal stakeholders, external parties, vendors, and legal counsel to ensure favorable terms and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, real estate, and project teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company policies and goals.
  • Track contract lifecycles and ensure key dates, obligations, and deliverables are met.
  • Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documents using contract management systems.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.
  • Identify and escalates legal and commercial risks appropriately.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator with a strong background in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and drafting a wide range of real estate contracts, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with company objectives. You will play a critical role in supporting real estate transactions, lease agreements, construction contracts, and vendor agreements.
