• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing, consulting, or project management roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement custom workflow designs to streamline clinical communications.
• Build users, schedules, and workflow rules within the PerfectServe platform.
• Engage with Practice Managers and Providers to build rapport.
• Provide technical support and remote go-live assistance.
• Conduct training for practitioners, practice managers, and support staff.
• Execute testing protocols and quality audits.
• Manage account stages in SFDC and SmartSheet.
