Job summary

ResPro Health is seeking a remote enrollment coordinator in the UAE to support remote patient monitoring and chronic care management programs. You will initiate outreach to eligible patients, explain program benefits, and help the care team manage communications with patients.

The role requires handling patient data, verifying eligibility, and maintaining accurate records while maintaining compassionate, professional communication and meeting enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience in a clinical or care program setting.
• Proficient in data entry and basic computer applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with enrollment into care programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Initiate calls to eligible patients to explain care program benefits.
• Assist the care team with patient communication.
• Confirm patient eligibility and verify insurance coverage.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically to build patient trust.
