Cadence is a clinical AI company automating chronic disease care, offering a fully remote role in the UAE. You will lead outbound outreach to schedule clinician appointments, engage patients for daily monitoring, and re-engage those at risk, while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure timely follow‑ups.

The role emphasizes compassionate support, strong communication, and a proven track record in patient or customer service. CRM and AI productivity tools familiarity is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, patient outreach, or healthcare support.
• Proven track record of delivering service to patients or customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet performance metrics and engagement goals.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Mac-based software.
• Fluency with AI productivity tools like Gemini or Notion AI.

Responsibilities

• Own proactive outbound outreach to schedule patient appointments with clinicians and care team members.
• Drive patient adherence to daily vital sign monitoring through personalized engagement.
• Identify and re‑engage patients at risk of disengaging from the program.
• Resolve patient questions, concerns, and objections regarding appointments and monitoring.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for timely follow‑up on at‑risk patients.
• Document all patient interactions and engagement outcomes in internal systems.
• Deliver compassionate support to strengthen the patient experience.
