Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking a Lead for RTM Care Navigation to oversee day-to-day operations and coach the team. The role requires deep experience in clinical or rehabilitation operations and a data-driven mindset to manage KPIs and improve workflows.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Clinical, Concierge, Billing, Product, and Data teams to ensure CPT-compliant, high-quality patient engagement and monitoring programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in clinical or rehabilitation operations.
• Experience managing teams and workflows in a healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of healthcare documentation and compliance standards.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using KPIs and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the RTM Care Navigation team
• Manage, coach, and develop RTM Care Navigation employees and contractors
• Establish team responsibilities, coverage expectations, and quality standards
• Manage and continuously improve RTM workflows for patient engagement and monitoring
• Ensure operational processes align with RTM program standards and CPT requirements
• Track, analyze, and report on RTM operational KPIs and productivity
• Partner with Clinical, Concierge, Billing, Product, and Data teams
