Job summary

Remotedxb in Dubai is seeking an experienced outreach professional to contact members and schedule clinical assessment visits, providing ongoing telephonic support to patients and caregivers.

You will communicate services, overcome objections, connect members to available resources, and maintain privacy while using CRM and EHR systems to prioritise outreach and enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in outreach, contact center, or customer service roles.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilize telephonic outreach and engagement strategies to contact members and schedule clinical assessment visits
• Effectively communicate services, overcome objections, and answer questions
• Connect members to available services during initial outreach
• Provide ongoing telephonic customer service to members and caregivers
• Initiate creative strategies to facilitate member contact
• Maintain performance accountability around member enrollment and participation
• Adhere to information security and privacy requirements
• Leverage reporting and dashboards to prioritize outreach

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in outreach, contact center, or customer service roles
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and in a matrixed environment
• Discretion and adherence to upholding patient information
• Spanish fluency preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CRM platforms
• Experience with Electronic Health Record systems (EHR/EMR)
