Job summary

LTF Digital is seeking a Client Services Manager (Contractor) to be the primary liaison for aesthetics clients across the UAE and UK. You will coordinate marketing projects, nurture client relationships, and ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and to spec.

This remote contractor role requires excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with 40 hours per week and eligibility to invoice as an independent contractor based in Dubai or the wider UAE.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in client services, FoH, account management, or a project management role.
• 2 years of experience in digital marketing or the medical aesthetics industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, ClickUp).

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and expectations.
• Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and manage execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Communication & Reporting: Provide regular status updates, reports, and insights to clients, keeping them informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Anticipate challenges, proactively address issues, and elevate concerns when necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimise processes, improve client experience, and enhance service offerings.
• Cross-Functional Service Development: Comfortable liaising with creative, content, and marketing teams to progress delivery.
