Assetara Limited in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Support Manager to join our team remotely via the Assetara platform. You will serve as a key client liaison, providing concierge-level support for subscribers and ensuring compliance and operational boundaries while navigating platform tools.

You will develop deep product knowledge, manage queues and SLAs, and maintain strict separation between client messages and internal notes in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Strict adherence to compliance, daily operational routines and session management.
• Maintain confidentiality, anti-fraud controls and handle client data as documented.
• Ability to review AI-generated responses for accuracy before submission.

Responsabilités

• Comprehensive Product Expertise: gain deep knowledge of all company products to guide subscribed clients.
• Queue & SLA Management: prioritize work via dashboard focusing on unread messages and SLA risks.
• Concierge-Level Support & Communication: deliver professional, warm, and concise messages within the official workspace.
• CRM & Private Notes Administration: maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal notes.
• AI-Assisted Efficiency: review and fact-check AI drafts before manual submission.
• Escalation & Operational Actions: properly use system tools with clear justifications.
