You will develop deep product knowledge, manage queues and SLAs, and maintain strict separation between client messages and internal notes in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Strict adherence to compliance, daily operational routines and session management.
• Maintain confidentiality, anti-fraud controls and handle client data as documented.
• Ability to review AI-generated responses for accuracy before submission.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Product Expertise: gain deep knowledge of all company products to guide subscribed clients.
• Queue & SLA Management: prioritize work via dashboard focusing on unread messages and SLA risks.
• Concierge-Level Support & Communication: deliver professional, warm, and concise messages within the official workspace.
• CRM & Private Notes Administration: maintain strict separation between client-facing messages and internal notes.
• AI-Assisted Efficiency: review and fact-check AI drafts before manual submission.
• Escalation & Operational Actions: properly use system tools with clear justifications.
