You will dive deep into all company products, help clients navigate platform tools, maintain accurate CRM/private notes, and ensure concierge-level support while strictly adhering to compliance and operational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of all company products to answer subscribed clients accurately.
• Prioritize work via Broker Dashboard, focusing on unread messages, SLA risks, and at-risk signals.
• Provide concierge-level support and professional communication within the official workspace.
• Maintain separation between client-facing messages and internal Private notes in CRM.
• Review and edit AI-generated draft responses before submission.
• Escalate appropriately using system tools with clear operational justifications.
