Job summary

LUNASOL MARKETING is seeking a Client Operations Manager in Dubai. This hybrid/remote-first role focuses on client communication, project coordination, and production organisation to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

You will coordinate freelancers, studios, and suppliers, support business development, and maintain strong client relationships while working closely with the founder.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multi-person projects with freelancers or suppliers.
• Strong client-facing communication, follow-ups and updates.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in lead generation or business development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication via WhatsApp, email and calls.
• Keep clients updated on project progress and approvals.
• Coordinate production: find studios, freelancers and locations.
• Organise content shoots and production timelines in Dubai.
• Support new client acquisition and proposals.
• Maintain organised project information and schedules.
