Job summary

Stake is seeking a Client Experience Associate for a fully remote position. You will be the primary contact for clients via email, live chat and WhatsApp, delivering exceptional support and maintaining strong relationships.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in client-facing roles, experience in startups or tech, and fluency in English and Arabic. Real estate/investing knowledge is a plus. UAE-based applicants cannot be considered; schedule is Saturday to Wednesday, 12:00pm–9:00pm UAE time.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
Experience in a startup or technology company.
Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Experience in investing or real estate is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients via email, live chat, and WhatsApp.
Respond to client queries promptly and maintain high service standards across channels.
Manage and prioritize a queue of conversations; escalate complex cases when needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and satisfaction.
Keep accurate records of client interactions and flag recurring issues to the wider team.
