Job summary

Assetara Limited is seeking a Client Relationship & Support Specialist to work remotely in the UAE. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling CRM notes, and delivering concierge-level support within the Assetara workspace.

In this role you will conduct scheduled client calls, help with platform navigation, and ensure SLA compliance while escalating issues per company rules. Strict adherence to confidentiality and anti-fraud protocols is required.
