MLW Hire is seeking an Arabic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to serve Arabic-speaking customers in a fully remote role. You will respond in Arabic and English via phone, chat, or email, and maintain high-quality service.

Ideal candidates will be fluent in Arabic and English, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and be comfortable using CRM/support software from a home office with a reliable internet connection.
