Ideal candidates have solid career experience or coaching background, strong listening and communication skills, and the ability to build trust in a 1-to-1 setting. Experience in HR or career guidance is valued.

Qualifications

• Solid professional experience in your own career or supporting others through career changes.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Ability to build trust and provide structured guidance in a 1-to-1 setting.
• Experience or training in HR, Career Coaching, Psychology, Career Guidance, Recruitment, or People Management is valued.
