You will provide actionable feedback on tone, structure, and organization, while helping students establish efficient research and writing workflows. Collaboration with research mentors and diligent note-taking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a top university.
• Strong background in academic writing and research.
• Experience teaching or coaching writing at a high school or undergraduate level.
• Ability to break down complex writing concepts into clear guidance.
• Comfortable working with high-achieving, international students.
• Able to balance structure and flexibility based on student needs.

Responsibilities

• Help students develop research directions and formulate research questions.
• Teach students how to structure arguments and synthesize sources.
• Guide students in turning research notes into structured paper sections.
• Provide actionable feedback on structure, argumentation, and academic tone.
• Help students establish effective research and writing workflows.
• Coordinate with Research Mentors to ensure writing support complements the research process.
• Maintain accurate session notes and progress tracking.
• Submit session reports within 48 hours.
