Job summary
Remotedxb is seeking a technically adept Onboarding Specialist to lead new client implementations and establish secure remote access with offices and IT providers. You will configure and troubleshoot VPN, remote desktop, and network connectivity, acting as the main technical owner after rollout.
The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to ensure smooth implementations, documenting processes, and driving long-term improvements in remote access reliability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or similar roles.
- Experience supporting remote users and VPNs.
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, auth, and networking.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical onboarding process for new client implementations.
- Coordinate with dental offices and IT providers to establish secure remote access.
- Configure, validate, and troubleshoot VPN, TS+, Splashtop, remote desktop, and network connectivity.
- Serve as the primary technical owner for client connectivity issues after implementation.
- Troubleshoot remote access failures, VPN issues, authentication problems, and hardware failures.
- Partner with Client Onboarding, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Maintain detailed implementation documentation and technical records.
- Identify recurring technical issues and recommend long-term improvements.
