Healthcare Marketing Agency is seeking a driven Business Development professional to drive outbound sales to plastic surgeons, aesthetic clinics, hospitals and healthcare groups across UAE, USA, Canada and beyond. You will research targets, craft personalized outreach, and manage multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and appointments.

In a fast-paced remote environment you will qualify prospects, coordinate meetings with the Senior Sales Executive Director, and support proposals

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in outbound sales or related roles

Responsibilities

• Identify and build target lists of prospective clients in healthcare across UAE, USA, Canada, and beyond
• Create and optimize cold pitch content and email sequences
• Execute multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, calls
• Qualify leads using predefined criteria before meetings
• Schedule and coordinate appointments between prospects and Senior Sales Executive/Director
• Prepare meeting materials and post-meeting follow-up
• Support proposals, quotes, and track status through CRM
• Maintain and update CRM with activity, outcomes, and pipeline
