Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Solutions Architect for the MENA region to advise prospects and customers on how GitLab’s AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses technical and business goals across the software development lifecycle. You will guide organizations through digital transformations, from planning through monitoring, using your cloud and development expertise and strong customer empathy.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical pre-sales/consulting experience.
Experience with end-to-end SDLC, including DevSecOps.
Hands-on with GitLab or similar CI/CD platforms.
Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies.
Ability to lead evaluations such as proofs of concept/workshops.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation for customers across the full lifecycle.
Own the technical evaluation process including design, POV ownership, and workshop delivery.
Collaborate with regional sales to shape account strategies and drive new business.
Build relationships with practitioners and business leaders to foster advocates for GitLab.
Advise customers on modern software development, CI/CD, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to ROI.
Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering to inform roadmaps.
