Qualifications

• 3+ years in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales within brokerage, fintech, or trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of US equities market structure and ecosystem.
• Existing network across brokers, market makers, fintech companies, or institutional clients.
• Proven track record driving revenue, partnerships, or user growth.
• Fluent English; comfortable operating across global, cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading a BD or partnerships team.
• Background at a global exchange, online brokerage, or fintech trading platform.
• Familiarity with equities, ETFs, options, margin, or multi-asset products.
• Experience running affiliate or IB growth programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategy for Gate's US stocks and equities business globally.
• Build partnerships with broker-dealers, liquidity providers, market makers, fintech platforms, and institutional players.
• Expand affiliate, IB, KOL, and channel partner networks to grow users and trading volume.
• Work across product, marketing, compliance, and regional teams to execute on strategy.
• Track competitors, regulatory shifts, and emerging opportunities in the US equities space.
• Support go-to-market for new stock trading products and features.
• Lead and grow a team, or operate as a senior IC — depending on experience and fit.
