Job summary

Bybit is seeking an experienced product leader to drive Direct Stocks and tokenized stocks initiatives, partnering with brokers, custodians, and issuers to design end-to-end trading workflows and on-chain stock mechanics.

You will shape architecture for US-equity capabilities, coordinate with compliance, engineering, and global teams, and push market access across regions. Strong trading-product background and clear English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in trading products, with background in US equities, securities trading, brokerage, tokenized stocks, or RWA products.
• Familiar with the Direct Stocks business model, with an understanding of the roles of brokers, introducing brokers, clearing brokers, custodians, and market makers.
• Proficient in core securities trading processes, including orders, fills, positions, buying power, T+1 settlement, omnibus accounts and sub-accounts, prefunding, net settlement, and reconciliation, and corporate actions.
• Familiar with US equity trading sessions, order types, time-in-force (TIF), circuit breakers, NBBO, SIP market data, and price protection mechanisms.
• Understands the business architecture of Tokenized Stocks / mStocks, including on-chain issuance, reserve assets, subscription/redemption, liquidity management, and price pegging mechanisms.
• Strong systematic product design skills — able to independently deliver business process design, product architecture, state machines, exception handling, and reconciliation solutions.
• Strong English communication skills, capable of directly engaging with overseas brokers, vendors, and partner institutions to drive requirements and resolve issues.
• Detail-oriented regarding trading mechanics and fund security, with strong cross-functional coordination and complex project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and delivery for Direct Stocks and Tokenized Stocks modules, covering core systems like accounts, assets, trading, market data, fund settlement, and corporate actions.
• Interface with overseas brokers, clearing houses, custodians, and tokenized stock issuers — driving API integration, business process design, system joint testing, and product launch.
• Design US equity trading capabilities, including order types, trading sessions, buying power, order freezes, settlements, and unsettled funds management; ensure NBBO data and price protection.
• Integrate Direct Stocks with the platform's existing accounts, fund accounts, and trading infrastructure — designing fund flows including deposits, FX conversion, transfers, settlement, reconciliation, and withdrawal restrictions.
• Oversee mStocks product mechanism design — token issuance, subscription/redemption, minting/burning, asset custody, price pegging, liquidity, and on-chain trading workflows.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, finance, risk control, engineering, and operations to drive product market access, investor suitability management, and risk control solutions across countries.
• Continuously research and produce competitive analysis and product iteration proposals.
