Gate, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, is seeking a senior product professional to own the strategy and delivery of core trading modules for professional traders.

You will shape workflows, define high-density interfaces, and drive cross-functional teams to build a best-in-class trading experience, from charts and order management to execution across venues. Strong trader-centric design and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product experience shipping professional trading terminals.
• Deep knowledge of candlestick charts, market depth, order books and derivatives.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex trading products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap and delivery of core trading modules.
• Define standards for high-density, high-frequency interfaces and drive engineering teams to deliver.
• Build workflows for direct order placement, stop-loss/take-profit management, and keyboard-first execution.
• Design cross-exchange position aggregation and cross-venue execution for best-in-class trading experience.
• Track user retention, trading conversion, and ensure safety, stability, and overall user experience.
