Job summary

Binance is seeking an experienced User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead global lifecycle campaigns, AB testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven growth strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and implement activation, retention, and referral programs that drive new user activation and first-time transactions.

The role requires 5+ years in internet/fintech growth, strong data-driven mindset, and bilingual English/Arabic for MENA coordination.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful growth initiatives in internet/fintech.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
• Experience leading growth projects end-to-end with a structured framework.
• Bilingual English/Arabic for MENA coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation and onboarding optimization with personalized campaigns to improve new user activation and FTT conversion.
• Build and manage lifecycle programs to improve retention and repeat purchases.
• Design and optimize referral and viral growth mechanisms for organic growth.
• Lead A/B testing and segmentation to allocate resources efficiently.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth campaign execution and data-driven insights.
