Job summary

OneBullEx is seeking a Business Developer to architect partner networks and drive platform adoption within the crypto trading space. This role involves sourcing and onboarding Key Opinion Leaders across international jurisdictions, leveraging a robust AI-driven ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of Business Development experience at a Centralised Exchange, strong networking skills, and deep crypto market knowledge. This position is remote-friendly, accommodating individuals from various time zones.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of direct experience in Business Development at a major Centralised Exchange.
• A strong network of high-volume crypto KOLs, affiliates, and alpha groups.
• Deep understanding of crypto futures and perpetual contracts.
• Flawless written and verbal communication in English.
• Willingness to participate in face-to-face video calls for identity verification.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a growth pipeline targeting elite crypto KOLs.
• Champion compliant sourcing of affiliate partners across various platforms.
• Effectively sell platform advantages to partners.
• Maximise partner conversion through strategic deployment of incentives.
• Maintain rigorous tracking of sales funnel and metrics.
