Job summary

Huzzle is seeking an Arabic-speaking Sales Development Representative to join a fast-paced, remote sales team. You will conduct high-volume outbound calls, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the sales team, working in both Arabic and English.

You should be fluent in both languages and have prior B2B sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting experience. This is a fully remote role with global clients and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers daily.
• Engage and communicate with prospects in Arabic and English.
• Prospect into businesses and identify relevant decision-makers and potential customers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
• Book qualified meetings and sales appointments for the wider sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects across phone, email, and other channels.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within the CRM.
• Meet and exceed activity, meeting-booking, and KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to improve conversion rates.
