Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• Friendly, patient and service-minded attitude.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic technical knowledge is an advantage.
• Prior Salesforce experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• CRM and Salesforce Database Management: Clean and manage data and keep accounts/contacts updated.
• Project Closure: Close inactive projects.
• Lead Qualification: Verify new partners in leads portal before handing over to Inside Sales Account Managers.
• LMS Coordination: Support LMS activities and capture attendee information in CRM/Salesforce.
• Sales Analytics: Analyze data to generate high-quality leads for the sales team.
• Marketing Engagement: Participate in marketing activities and support partner events.
