Job summary

Quality Assurance Face Pk ® is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst for a part-time, fully remote role. You will provide reliable support for business applications, investigate incidents, monitor performance, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with strong communication skills to assist both technical teams and business users, while contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant application support or IT operations experience.
• Strong understanding of troubleshooting and incident-management practices.
• Knowledge of software environments, databases, integrations, and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, monitoring tools, and remote support platforms.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical issues and documenting solutions.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical matters clearly.
• Ability to prioritize incidents by urgency and business impact.
• Professional, organized, and customer-focused for remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for business applications and users.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Monitor application performance and identify issues.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams when escalation is required.
• Communicate clearly with users regarding incidents, resolutions, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Support application updates, configuration changes, testing, and deployment activities.
• Prepare operational reports and identify trends that may affect performance.
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, and continuous improvements.
