Quality Assurance and Quality Control Professionals Community seeks a experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator for a part-time, fully remote role. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in IT, CS or related field.
• 3+ years of Microsoft 365, cloud administration, systems administration, or IT support experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based productivity services.

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 users, groups, licenses, roles, and access permissions.
• Manage and support Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Monitor service health, user issues, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot account, email, collaboration, and productivity-related incidents.
• Support identity, authentication, security, and access-management requirements.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 configuration changes, migrations, updates, and deployments.
• Maintain administrative documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Review usage patterns and recommend improvements to Microsoft 365 services.
• Support security and compliance initiatives related to Microsoft cloud environments.
