Job summary

Quality Assurance Face Pk ® seeks a Site Manager for a fully remote, part-time position in the UAE. You will oversee operations, coordinate contractors and suppliers, and ensure project delivery aligns with standards in a distributed-team environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in site management and strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills to drive efficiency and safety across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years of site management, project coordination, operations, or supervisory experience.
• Strong understanding of site operations, workforce coordination, and project delivery.
• Knowledge of quality, safety, scheduling, resource planning, and procedures.
• Familiarity with project-management and remote collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Supervise site teams, contractors, and operational personnel.
• Allocate tasks, monitor workloads, and support effective workforce coordination.
• Track project progress, performance, quality, and resources.
• Identify site risks, delays, and issues; coordinate solutions.
• Maintain regular communication with project teams, suppliers, and management.
• Review reports, schedules, and documentation; ensure quality standards.
• Support compliance with procedures, safety expectations, and quality standards.
• Monitor materials, equipment, and logistical requirements.
• Provide management with clear updates and escalation of significant issues.
