Job summary

Solutions & Management (SNM) in Dubai is hiring a Relationship Manager fluent in Russian and English to manage UAE corporate services, including company formation, licences, visas, and Golden Visa applications. You will cross-sell VAT, taxes, and compliance while onboarding clients and ensuring AML/CFT compliance.

You will work with our PRO and accounting teams to deliver timely solutions, expanding client revenue with a commercial mindset and strong relationship skills.

• 2+ years in UAE corporate services, business setup or a client-facing advisory role

Responsibilities

Solutions & Management (SNM) has supported businesses in the UAE for over 16 years. As our client base grows, we’re expanding our Client Services team and looking for Relationship Managers who know UAE corporate services and want to own their client portfolio.

What you’ll do

• Act as the main point of contact for company formation, licence renewals, visas and Golden Visa applications
• Grow your portfolio by cross‑selling accounting, VAT, corporate tax and compliance services
• Run client onboarding and KYC in line with UAE AML/CFT requirements
• Work closely with our PRO, accounting and tax teams to deliver on time

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years in UAE corporate services, business setup or a client‑facing advisory role
• Working knowledge of free zone and mainland setup processes
• A commercial mindset and a track record of growing client revenue
• Fluent Russian and strong written and spoken English
