Job summary

Elite Bespoke Solutions in Dubai seeks a seasoned adviser to guide entrepreneurs and investors in UAE company formation and corporate structuring. The role covers Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore and specialised structures, ensuring compliant and optimal entity setups.

You will manage end-to-end formation processes, support visa and immigration steps, and liaise with authorities. Fluent English is essential; Russian is a plus. The position is full-time and based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of UAE business setup or corporate services experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages welcome.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone procedures.
• Familiarity with DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, IFZA and other authorities.
• Excellent client consultation and relationship-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advise entrepreneurs, investors and international clients on UAE company formation and structuring.
• Evaluate objectives and recommend Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore, or specialised structures.
• Advise on legal forms, activities, licences, shareholding, and jurisdiction selection.
• Manage company formation from consultation through approvals and licence issuance.
• Maintain knowledge of Free Zone procedures, government charges and timelines.
• Manage establishment cards, immigration files, visa quotas and residence visa requirements.
• Coordinate investor, partner, employee and dependent visa processes.
• Liaise with Free Zone authorities, Mainland authorities, immigration and government entities.
• Prepare accurate proposals, quotations and structuring recommendations.
• Maintain KYC, UBO and corporate documentation per requirements.
• Advise on SPVs, holding structures and complex corporate arrangements.
• Support foundations, trusts, family offices and private investment structures.
• Manage multiple client engagements with timely communication.
• Develop relationships with clients, authorities and referral partners.

• Evaluate business objectives and recommend suitable Mainland Free Zone Offshore or specialised structures
• Advise on legal forms business activities licence categories shareholding structures and jurisdiction selection
• Manage company formation from consultation through documentation authority approvals and licence issuance
• Maintain strong working knowledge of UAE Free Zone procedures requirements government charges and processing timelines
• Manage establishment cards immigration files visa quotas and residence visa requirements

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of relevant UAE business setup, company formation or corporate services experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Fluent spoken and written Russian.
• Additional language capability will be an advantage.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
• Strong familiarity with major UAE jurisdictions and authorities, including DMCC, DIFC, ADGM, IFZA, Meydan, RAKEZ, SHAMS, SPC Free Zone, JAFZA, DAFZA and Dubai South.
• Strong practical knowledge of UAE immigration, visa and PRO processes.
• Good understanding of government procedures, regulatory requirements, authority fees and service timelines.
• Experience handling company amendments, renewals and corporate changes.
• Understanding of SPVs, holding companies and sophisticated corporate ownership structures.
• Exposure to foundations, trusts, family offices, succession structures or private wealth structuring will be highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, UBO and corporate documentation requirements.
• Excellent client consultation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially aware with the ability to understand both technical and business considerations.
• Strong organisational and case-management capability.
• High attention to detail when managing regulatory and corporate documentation.
